NEXTCHAIN built ColorFish as a free, ad-supported mobile game. In this policy, "Service" means the ColorFish game, including its gameplay, advertising, local save data, sharing features, and related support.
By using ColorFish, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.
2. Information We Collect
ColorFish does not require account registration, login, email address, phone number, payment information, contacts, camera, microphone, or precise location access.
The game may handle the following information:
- Local gameplay data: level progress, best score, selected sound setting, tutorial state, and similar game state saved on your device.
- Advertising data: Google AdMob may collect device information, Advertising ID, IP address, approximate location inferred from network data, ad interactions, diagnostics, and app activity needed to serve and measure ads.
- Analytics and diagnostics: Unity services enabled in the project may process app usage, device information, performance data, and crash information to help us understand stability and improve the game.
- User-initiated screenshots: if you tap the share feature, the game creates a screenshot or share image on the device and passes it to the operating system share sheet. The receiving app is chosen by you.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- run the game and keep your local progress and settings;
- show banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads;
- grant in-game revive rewards after rewarded ad completion;
- understand app performance, crashes, and basic usage trends;
- maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable requirements.

ColorFish uses third-party services that may collect information under their own privacy policies:
The device operating system or the app you choose from the share sheet may also process shared screenshots or text under that service's own terms and privacy policy.
5. Advertising
ColorFish contains ads. Ads are provided through Google AdMob and may include banner, interstitial, and rewarded ad formats. Rewarded ads are optional and are shown when you choose to revive or receive a related gameplay benefit.
AdMob may use the device Advertising ID and other data described by Google to provide, limit, personalize, measure, and improve ads, depending on your device settings, consent choices, region, and applicable law.
6. Data Sharing
We share information only as needed to operate the game, use the third-party services listed above, comply with legal obligations, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transfer such as a merger or asset sale.
7. Retention and Deletion
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you clear the app data, uninstall the game, or the game overwrites it. Screenshots created for sharing are temporary device files and may be overwritten by the game or removed by the operating system cache.
Because ColorFish does not provide a NEXTCHAIN player account, there is no in-game account deletion flow. For information collected by Google AdMob or Unity, please refer to their privacy policies and device privacy settings.
8. Children's Privacy
ColorFish is a casual arcade game and is not directed specifically to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
9. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information related to the Service. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Processing
The third-party services used by ColorFish may process information in countries other than where you live. Their privacy policies explain their data processing practices.
